Returns and exchanges may be processed on items that are in brand new condition within 14 days of receipt. Items that are in sealed packaging must be returned in the original sealed packaging.

River Valley Ranch is happy to special order any product from the vendors we carry. As a small business, we carry a limited variety of product offerings/sizes/colors. If there is anything you'd like from any of the vendors we carry, please let us know and we'd be happy to place your order! Please note that special orders are never eligible for return unless approved by RVR.

Some items, such as items with hygiene considerations, special orders, or items that would encounter exposure to dirt/elements/etc to be trialed are not able to be returned.
